A few days ago, this plug-in was working fine. Loaded in a few papers to use in my technical report, thankfully already copying down the necessary citations. However, when attempting to share these papers with my group, I end up staring at this blank page.

3565195154fac23eaad1bf7bd97121f9I thought it was my overflowing storage that ended up causing the problem, but it turns out I only used 53 out of the 100 MB given by the free service. I already attempted to uninstall and then reinstall the plug-in. I could see there being a problem with the cloud server where the papers are held, but I think other people would have noticed this by now. Is there by chance a minimum amount of time I can use this locker before it just does not operate without a premium membership? Thank you in advance for any response anyone is able to provide. I use Chrome Version 78.0.3904.70 (Official Build) (64-bit) in case this could be of some help.
