Asking to login to university library every time I try to access PDFs, but does rejects login

When I search for a paper, Kopernio asks me to log in to my university library every time, but then says my login details are incorrect (and I am sure they are correct!). Sometimes it seems like the logon to the library has worked but Kopernio then can't find the PDFs, even when I know the library has access. This has been happening with almost every PDF I search for.

If you run into issues with off-campus login, please provide the following information:

- name of institution

- which browser do you use
