"Something went wrong trying to render the PDF..."

Several weeks ago the Kopernio plug-in in my browser has stopped functioning; I now only get msg "Something went wrong trying to render the PDF. The problem has been logged and and will be fixed soon." I've gotten this for numerous days in a row. Help!

- your browser (name and version number)
- an example article's DOI or URL
- if you get the error off-campus, please share the name of your institution
