Initial/reinstantiated Dropbox sync saves pdfs with unreadable names

If a new paper is accessed while Dropbox synchronisation is on, the pdf saved in dropbox has a sensible name (author, year, abbreviated title). However, initial synchronisation (and resynchronisation after turning dropbox sync back on) saves the files already in Locker with unreadable names (e.g. fb27941c-2f5e-4e07-ac35-779563ec29d6.pdf).
Can this be fixed?
