Plugin doesn't recognize login after doing so via the website

As stated, the plugin always prompts me to log in even though I've already done so via the website that it opens.

Firefox 70.0.1 (64-bit) on Windows 10.

Which institution are you affiliated with? This could indicate a broken integration on our end.
