PDF not loading in Document Viewer and Locker appears empty

The loading text appears in the Document Viewer window but the PDF doesn't show and I can't download of export to Endnote. I checked my Locker and the locker appears empty, in the Recent, By Year and By Journal tabs. Archived papers still appear.
