Kopernio stops "activating" on Firefox
Solved
This is a rare issue where Kopernio stops activating on pages within Firefox. The issue is not fixed by uninstalling and re-installing the extension.
The most reliable way to fix this is by following these instructions: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/refresh-firefox-reset-add-ons-and-settings to reset Firefox.

I am experiencing this problem now. View PDF buttons appearing just fine on a Google Scholar search in Chrome, but not in Firefox. They all spin and disappear after a while. It's sporadic too. It worked fine earlier today. I did the Firefox refresh as suggested, but with no improvement.
