Kopernio not finding PDF's for Research Gate or Ovid even though they are available.
Not a Problem
I am finding that any PDF's from Ovid or Research Gate are not being picked up as a available by kopernio, this includes when I search for them in google scholar. However, I am able to click and download the PDF's separately.

Thank you for raising this issue.
Currently, Kopernio doesn't work with aggregator content (such as Ovid) out of the box.
If your library runs a link resolver, we can set up Kopernio to link out to aggregator content (e.g. Ovid or EBSCO) when it fails to obtain the full-text directly from the publisher or an OA repository.
We can configure this on a per institution basis. Please contact us at libraries@kopernio.com if you would like to set this up.
The Kopernio plugin should be able to activate on ResearchGate article pages and search for PDFs. If this is not working for you as expected, we can look into this for you.
Could you please share the DOI of an example article where Kopernio failed to find the PDF for you?
