I am uninstalling Kopierno because there is a red square with nr. 1 which draws attention. The search engine is also somewhat obtrusive.

You can actually choose between Google Scholar, Web of Science and PubMed as the integrated search engines for your account (Settings > Integrations).
The red square with nr. 1 is not supposed to appear on the Kopernio icon, and we'd love to get this fixed for you. If you haven't uninstalled the plugin yet, please email us at help@kopernio.com and we'll do our best to get the plugin up and running for you.
