I am unable to download anything using the extension - is it a problem with my browser?

I have had a zero percent success rate in viewing or downloading any PDFs with Kopernio. When I attempt it, a message appears saying that the pdf could not be downloaded, and that the error has been logged. This has been the case for everything I've tried, most recently:

Can anyone else download this article? Is it my browser? how can I fix this?
