I also had this problem starting yesterday. I use Chrome. I couldn't get the export to endnote function to work. please help this is causing a serious delay to my work.
Could you please go to the Integrations tab on the account settings page: https://kopernio.com/settings.
Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the EndNote settings, and please select EndNote Desktop.
Could you please test if this resolves the issue?
