Library redirect to false login page (From NTU to NIE)

I am a student at Nanyang Technological University, as I have written in my personal information. However, it happened recently that when I try to reach the paper, the plugin redirects me to the wrong login page which belongs to the National Institute of Education. It is true NIE is a part of NTU, but they do not share the same database. The error happened only in these weeks, would you mind finding the fault in your database?
