Kopernia is working much better over the past few weeks. Thanks. A note that Am J Ophthalmol Case Rep is open source online, but Click does not recognize it. Please update hte software and thankyou for this excellent product

I just tested the plugin on the ScienceDirect website for a few test articles and the plugin seemed to work. Did you encounter the PDF issues on this platform:
