Kopernio not finding full-text in PubMed even when available

While using PubMed, Kopernio will search for the full-text but will return a "no full-text found" even when there is one available.

Hi,

Here is one (of several) that is not working:

Postlethwaite EA, Seyer MJ and Kang HA, Chemotactic attraction of human fibroblasts to type I, II, and III collagens and collagen-derived peptides. Proc Natl Acad Sci U S A 75:871–875 (1978).

Thanks, this is now in our engineering team's backlog. I will update this thread when the fix is live. Please do share the PMID or DOI of other PDFs as well so we can investigate and resolve them.

In the meanwhile, the plugin will be able to serve the PDF for you if you could please click on the below (circled) links to either (1) PMC or (2) publisher.

The problem seems to be specific to the PubMed platform, but the plugin appears to be able to serve the papers on the other platforms.

I'm happy to share that the fix is live in EndNote Click version1.0.3 now live for Chrome and Firefox.
