I had a look at this and it seems like the open-access version is incorrectly indexed and linked to the wrong PDF file in the OA database we use. I've sent them an email to update this, but unfortunately, we ourselves can't update this.
The publisher version is served correctly, so if you have an institutional affiliation (and the library is subscribed), please delete the PDF from your Locker and try to add it again (via subscription).
