It actually opens a different article by another author (Chester Jones) from 1993

These are the steps I followed, and Kopernio served the correct paper for me:
1) I looked up the citation you shared, landed on the publisher platform https://doi.org/10.1016/0305-0491(75)90325-9
2) I was prompted to authenticate with my library
3) Kopernio served the publisher version
