Not a Problem

When I try to comment on an issue in the feedback, I'm asked to log in despite being already logged in. And it won't recognize the correct user name and password.

Hi Geoff,

Thanks for taking the time to report this. At the moment we use an off-the-shelf product to help manage our feedback. One downside is that this doesn't work with Kopernio's user accounts.

We will get around to this, though we've been prioritising features and bug fixes that help with our core mission of making access to journal access easier.
