Kopernio doesn't recognize my email address

Kopernio doesn't recognize my email address if I try to login despite this being the email address in my profile. I can access my locker and see my settings because I am logged in on this computer. However, my settings indicate that my credentials are not stored and yet I am never prompted for them and when I tried to leave feedback and agree with someone else's issue, I could not use my login/password combo. When I said reset my password and gave it my email address, it told me that this was not a registered email address (this is the email address listed in my profile). Admittedly, I did change my email address and institution within the past 2 months.
