Enable Kopernio in ProQuest & EBSCO databases

Many universities have numerous index/abstract databases with EBSCO and ProQuest, which have no full text content themselves. For example, Aquatic Sciences and Fisheries Abstracts (ProQuest), America: History & Life (EBSCO). Currently Kopernio is not appearing in these products for us. It'd be great to see integration with these significant resources.
