Dismiss "PDF Found" notification

Add an option to dismiss the "PDF Found" notification from Kopernio. This will clear the notification that often blocks part of a page when a PDF version is not desired by the user.

It actually doesn't work most of the time. So, I'm still stuck with this bar blocking the page!
