Add possibility of permanent paper deletion

It's a problem when you just want TO GET RID OF THE ARTICLE ALTOGETHER - not to archive it (what the "x" at the title in the locker does) - it is even not so much a matter of space, it's more of a mess when you have dozens of now unwanted (or downloaded by mistake) articles in the archive you must browse through when you are searching for something definite (and you don't remember the author and the keywords are ubiquistic - BTW, I can't see any search mechanism within the archive either...). I think a simple deleting option would be nice to add.
