Add a sidebar where you can take notes on an article in your locker

It would be cool to read an article in your locker and also be able to take notes on it. That way when you go back to read it you have your notes connected to it right in front of you.

There is an excellent extension that is compatible with Kopernio (and many more PDF viewers), called Hypothesis, which offers this functionality: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/hypothesis-web-pdf-annota/bjfhmglciegochdpefhhlphglcehbmek?hl=en.
We do not have immediate plans to implement this feature.
