OneNote Click can't find PDF on PubMed central

Often it seems that PubMed Central article pdfs can't be recognized by endnote click, even when the pdf can be downloaded manually.

If this bug cant be fixed, would it be possible to add a functionality where a citation or source can be added without full text pdf so the program can work as a complete tool also when it malfunctions and cant access full text pdfs?
