push to endnote web become passive

I am using endnote click v2.3.2 with chrome and firefox (fresh installed & latest version) I cannot use the push to endnote web function anymore. In the previous weeks it was working properly but few days ago push to endnote web button become passive.
I revoked my endnote accout to reconnect but now I cannot connect them again
