Kopernio no longer exporting to Endnote only downloading to computer

Hi,
I have been using Kopernio and exporting into my Endnote but it has suddenly stopped exporting the RIS to endnote and is instead just downloading the pdf onto my computer - even when I click on Export to Endnote. How can I fix this so it again exports into my Endnote please?
