Endnote Click not working - incorrect PDF loaded each time

I click "View PDF" and the new Endnote window comes up, but it displays an incorrect PDF (usually the same one) each time. If I continue to add it to my library it adds the wrong PDF and never finds the correct one. This means I have needed to add references through Endnote Web by PMID and then manually download and add each PDF. I have tried restarting Chrome and my computer as well as clearing my cookies etc. Only 1/10 PDFs that load are actually the correct PDF.
