Google chrome plug-in is been telling me that I need to introduce library proxy. However, I can't change these setting in my profile.

Thank you for reaching out. Did you receive a specific error message about proxy connection?
If you registered your affiliation on your account and you can find your institution on this list (https://kopernio.com/library-guides/), Kopernio should be able to redirect you to your library's proxy login page.
Please let me know if you need any help with using Kopernio off-campus.
