Kopernio causing login issues with Websites using Duo Velocity authentication

Hello,
We have been having login failures and find out that Kopernio is causing it. When the Kopernio extension in enabled our Univcersity websites (University of Miami) which is using Duo Velocity Security fails to login. When the extension turned off no problem occurs. Please solve the problem.
