Issues Accessing Full-Text PDFs with Kopernio

Hi everyone,

I've been using Kopernio to quickly access full-text PDFs of research papers, but lately, I've been running into issues where it either doesn't find the full text or redirects me to paywalled versions, even when I know my institution has access.

Has anyone else experienced this?

• Is there a way to manually refresh or force Kopernio to check my institution’s access?
• Are there specific browser settings that might interfere with how it retrieves PDFs?
• Would switching to a different proxy or VPN affect how Kopernio works?
