Hey everyone,

I’ve been using a lap day calculator to track my training progress and optimize my workout routines, but I’m having trouble understanding the results. I’m trying to calculate lap day distances, but it seems like the recommended distances aren’t matching up with my training goals, and I’m unsure if I’m using it correctly.

The calculator suggests a range of distances, but I’m struggling to figure out how to adjust it for my specific needs. Has anyone else encountered this? If so, what settings did you use, or how did you interpret the results?
