27 Hour Work Week Question
Under Consideration
Hello everyone.
I’ve been reading more about the idea of a 27 Hour Work Week and I’m curious to hear what others think about it. On one hand, it seems like a great way to promote work-life balance and reduce burnout. The concept of the 27 Hour Work Week could allow employees more personal time while still getting meaningful work done.
On the other, I wonder how practical it is for certain industries, especially those with tight deadlines or high client demands. Could this work in fast-paced environments, or would it require a major shift in company culture and expectations?
Has anyone had experience with this shorter work week, and how did it impact productivity or team morale?
