Recognize pdfs opened in the browser's pdf viewer to allow for quicker import time

Downloading pdfs and importing takes way longer and it is harder to reorganize afterwards. Sometimes, I even forget about the pdfs I intended to import. It would be nice to have everything go through Endnote click, or at least to have the option to do so.
